SAMPLE PREVIEW · Sample data only · not connected to employer or product records.

Safety and operations leaders review illustrative site readiness signals from an operations room above a distribution center.

SAFETY COMMAND · MULTI-SITE READINESS · EVIDENCE LINEAGE

Know what is unsafe, unready, overdue, or escalating.

Bring readiness signals from across Workplace Safety into one clear command view. See what needs attention, where the signal came from, who owns the next review, and what evidence still needs a human look.

THE COMMAND LAYER ABOVE SPECIALIST WORK

No opaque score. See the signals behind readiness.

Sentinel is designed to connect the dots across product workflows without pretending that a single number proves a site is safe.

  1. 01 / SEE THE SIGNAL

    Bring exceptions into view

Surface a missing review, overdue action, impairment, or unresolved evidence question across the Workplace Safety product areas.

  2. 02 / FOLLOW THE SOURCE

    Understand why it appeared

Trace the signal to its originating product, site context, evidence state, and last human review instead of hiding the explanation in one score.

  3. 03 / CLARIFY THE OWNER

    Make the next review visible

Give a qualified person a clear next step and escalation context while leaving decisions and real-world action with the employer.

A CLEARER VIEW FOR SAFETY LEADERS

A red flag matters more when you can explain why it is red.

Bring the product area, site context, evidence freshness, accountable role, and review state into view. Leaders can ask a better question: what fact changed, what is still uncertain, and who should review it next?

  • See the originating product and signal context.
  • Separate missing, stale, and unreviewed evidence.
  • Keep the owner and next review visible.
  • Show the component signals instead of hiding them in one score.

Sentinel organizes information; it does not inspect a site, decide a hazard is controlled, or certify compliance.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Understand what Sentinel can—and cannot—tell you.

What does X3 Sentinel do?

Sentinel is the Workplace Safety command and readiness layer. It is designed to bring important signals from specialist products into one explainable view: what needs attention, where the evidence came from, who owns the next review, and what remains unresolved.

Does Sentinel replace OSHA, Incidents, or the other safety products?

No. OSHA, Hazards, Inspections, Incidents, Emergency, and the other specialist products own their workflows. Sentinel is meant to summarize their readiness signals and show the source and follow-up context—not duplicate their records or decisions.

Is the preview connected to the other X3 products or my sites?

No. The page and command-center preview use illustrative records only. They do not connect to other X3 products, X3 Genome, Brain, Gateway, employer records, or external services.

Does a readiness signal certify compliance or decide that a site is safe?

No. A signal is a prompt for qualified people to review the source facts and actual conditions. Sentinel does not declare legal compliance, accept high residual risk, release stop-work, activate permits, or replace employer authority.
