Every chemical. The right SDS. One clear review trail.

X3 SDS helps teams track chemical inventory, source documents, label checks, and review ownership across the work areas where products are used.

THE CHEMICAL RECORD, END TO END

Built for the chemical work between the spreadsheets.

Keep product identity, source-document review, field access, and the next owner connected. Start with the question a site team asks every day: what is this, where is it used, and what needs a closer look?

FROM THE RECORD TO THE WORK AREA

The right document only helps when people can connect it to the product in front of them.

Keep the stated product, supplier reference, storage or use area, review owner, and follow-up question together. A team can see where a source document needs verification without mistaking a status badge for a safety decision.

  • Locate a product by name, record ID, or work area.
  • Keep source and review context visible to the owner.
  • Bring container access and label review into the same handoff.
  • Draft a next step without implying it was sent or saved.

An authorized site reviewer still confirms identity, source validity, hazards, and required controls.

A PRODUCT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO OWN CHEMICAL RECORDS

Organize the source. Keep the operational questions visible.

Give safety, procurement, and operations a shared view of the record they need to review—without blurring each role’s responsibility.

01 / INVENTORY

Know what is on site

Organize product identity, supplier reference, intended use, and the work area where the team expects to find it.

02 / SOURCE

Make document review traceable

Keep the source reference, revision details, owner, and review state together. A sample status never stands in for checking a real supplier document.

03 / FIELD

Bring container and access checks forward

Help a reviewer identify which work area needs a closer look at access, labels, or a changed product record.

04 / CHANGE

Route change to the right owner

Make a new product, replacement, or supplier update easy to hand off for human review of training, controls, and response information.

NO GREEN CHECK WITHOUT CONTEXT

Keep the question, source, owner, and next review together.

Product substitution, new supplier documentation, a different use area, or a changed container can all prompt a review. X3 SDS is designed to make those review paths visible—not to guess what a chemical means for a workplace.

Human review remains in control.Confirm the actual product and work conditions before changing procedures, labels, training, or emergency actions.

TRANSPARENT LAUNCH STATUS

Pricing is being validated.

We are shaping a plan around real chemical counts, site scope, document volume, and review roles—not posting a number before the product’s included limits and service costs are clear.

When pricing is published, included sites, chemical-record limits, file storage, support, and paid options will be shown plainly. No paid feature is implied here.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What this product does—and what it does not.

What does X3 SDS do?

It gives a safety team one place to organize the products used at a site, where they are kept, which source-document record belongs to each product, and who owns the next review. The sample workspace is not connected to a real inventory or SDS library.

Does it create or certify an SDS?

No. A supplier or manufacturer is the source of the SDS. X3 SDS is designed to help a team link and review source records; a qualified person must confirm product identity, document validity, workplace conditions, and required actions.

How is it different from X3 OSHA and X3 Exposure?

X3 SDS owns the chemical product and source-document workflow. X3 OSHA organizes requirement applicability and evidence review. X3 Exposure is for industrial-hygiene monitoring and exposure-control evaluation. The previews do not share live records.

Can people open real SDS files, request supplier updates, or buy it now?

No. The local preview contains no SDS PDFs, supplier contacts, live records, accounts, messaging, checkout, or subscription. Those capabilities need product, security, privacy, and integration validation before launch.
