SAMPLE PREVIEW · Sample data only · not connected to employer or product records.

A site equipment lead and forklift operator review a parked, powered-down forklift in a distribution warehouse.

Know what is ready. Catch what needs attention.

X3 Equipment helps safety and operations teams organize safety-critical workplace equipment, site-owned inspection prompts, defect follow-up, and maintenance handoffs—so the next responsible person can see what needs review.

PRE-PRODUCTION PRODUCT PREVIEW

No connected equipment, inspection, maintenance, or employer records.

A CLEARER EQUIPMENT-SAFETY LOOP

Make the next step as visible as the equipment itself.

Keep the machine, its site-owned review, any reported condition concern, and the follow-up owner connected—without turning a software status into a real-world operating decision.

Walk through the sample equipment queue
01 · REGISTER

Find the equipment

Group safety-critical machines by class, work area, and responsible site role.

02 · REVIEW

Use the site-owned prompt

Keep the applicable employer checklist and manufacturer instructions in view for authorized review.

03 · ROUTE

Make a concern visible

Give a condition concern a clear next owner. A qualified person—not the software—decides what action is needed.

04 · FOLLOW THROUGH

Keep the handoff together

Make maintenance follow-up and review context easier to find through the site’s real process.

A maintenance technician and supervisor visually review a stationary conveyor guard on a manufacturing floor.

SAFETY-CRITICAL EQUIPMENT, NOT JUST A LIST

Know what needs a closer look—and who owns it.

Forklifts, lifts, conveyors, and other workplace equipment each have different site workflows. X3 Equipment is designed to help teams see the relevant equipment record, review prompt, reported concern, and follow-up role together.

  • Organize machines by type, location, and accountable site role.
  • Keep equipment-specific checks and review timing visible.
  • Route condition concerns to an authorized reviewer.
  • Carry maintenance follow-up through the employer’s established process.

The preview does not inspect equipment, select inspection intervals, or establish fitness for use.

A WORKFLOW BUILT FOR THE EQUIPMENT OWNER

Put the machine, its status context, and its follow-up in one place.

Give safety and operations teams a practical view across equipment-specific reviews, condition follow-up, and maintenance handoffs.

EQUIPMENT REGISTER

Find the right machine

Organize forklifts, lifts, conveyors, and other safety-critical workplace equipment by type and work area.

CHECK SCHEDULES

See upcoming reviews

Keep employer-approved and manufacturer-informed inspection prompts visible to the people who own them.

CONDITION FOLLOW-UP

Keep concerns from going quiet

Give a reported issue a responsible reviewer and an obvious next step in the site’s actual process.

MAINTENANCE HANDOFF

Keep the context together

Connect the equipment reference, review concern, and follow-up role without claiming a live work order or repair.

A maintenance planner and technician review a local equipment follow-up beside parked material-handling equipment.

THE SITE REMAINS IN CONTROL

A workflow can organize evidence. It cannot clear a machine.

Site leadership and qualified personnel remain responsible for operating procedures, equipment instructions, actual inspections, training and authorization, repair decisions, and any return-to-service decision.

Make follow-up easier to see. Keep machine decisions with authorized people. This preview cannot operate, inspect, isolate, authorize, repair, or remove equipment from service.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What X3 Equipment does—and what it does not.

What does X3 Equipment help a workplace do?

Organize safety-critical equipment records, site-owned inspection prompts, condition concerns, responsible reviewers, and maintenance follow-up in one workflow. The sample dashboard uses examples only; nothing is connected to a real machine or site.

Does it operate a forklift, authorize an operator, or decide whether a machine is safe?

No. X3 Equipment does not control machinery, issue operator authorization, verify qualifications, release a lockout, remove equipment from service, or make a safe-to-operate decision. Authorized site personnel follow their actual procedures and manufacturer instructions.

How is Equipment different from PPE, Inspections, and X3 Assets?

X3 Equipment focuses on workplace machines and safety-critical equipment—such as forklifts, lifts, and conveyors—and their equipment-specific review and follow-up. PPE is personal protective gear; Inspections is for broader site and work-area walkthroughs; X3 Assets is the separate broad asset-management business, including enterprise lifecycle and financial workflows.

Does this preview connect to equipment records or set pricing?

No. The preview has local sample rows only: no connected machine, inspection, maintenance work order, account, persistence, billing, or checkout. Pricing is being validated and will be shown with clear inclusions before any purchase is offered.
